Cause Analysis:

The shortcut key function fails due to system optimization acceleration or cleanup.

You need to install them in the following order:

Installing Power Management Drivers

Installing hotkey Software

Installing the camera Driver

Installing the Lenovo Settings Dependency package Program

Solution:

1. Uninstall the installed software first. Need to uninstall the software in the program with the function name as shown below: (no words can be skipped)

2. Download the required drivers to the Lenovo website.

Open the following connection, enter the host number query driver (take V480 as an example), and select the operating system (WINDOWS8 64-bit). Expand Power Management, click Shortcut keys, click Webcam, and then click Random Software. Download the software that will be installed.

3. Install the power Management software, the shortcut key driver, the camera driver, the Lenovo Settings Dependency package program in turn. Restart the computer after installing one software per installation. Detailed installation procedures are described in the attachment installation video.

4. After the above operation, press Fn+esc shortcut key, the following icon appears, indicating that the camera is turned on.
