BuildPath method

Add a name to the existing path.

object.BuildPath(path, name)

Parameters

Object

Required option. Should be the name of the FileSystemObject object.

Path

Required option. The existing path to append name to. can be an absolute or relative path and you do not need to specify an existing folder.

Name

Required option. The name to append to the existing path.

Description

TheBuildPath method inserts an additional path separator between the existing path and the name only if necessary.
