Getfilename Method

Returns the last file or folder of the specified path (not part of the specified drive path.

Object.Getfilename(Pathspec)

Parameters

Required. The name of FileSystemObject.

Pathspec

Required. Specifies the file path (absolute or relative path ).

IfPathspecIt does not end with a named file or folderGetfilenameReturns a zero-length string (""). The following example illustrates how to useGetfilenameMethod:
