Force two expressions to connect strings.

Description

AnyExpressionIf it is not a string, it will be convertedStringChild type. If both expressions are Null,ResultOrNull. However, if there is only oneExpressionIsNullWhen it is connected to other expressions, it is processed by a zero-length string. When any expression is Empty, it is also processed by a zero-length string.
