Vcenter migration in a virtual machine

A:esxi host with vcenter virtual machine B:nutanix host, now to migrate the vcenter on a to B, no shared storage between A and B. A working desktop is ready. The operation process vcenter virtual machine is always in the shutdown state.

Plan 1: Install VMware conventer on a working desktop and attempt to move vcenter directly to B with some software failure. Tip B has been managed by Vcenter (x.x.x.x). After attempting to convert the Vcenter VM on a to the desktop and then import to B, the result cannot be run after importing B, the error is slightly.

Plan 2: Open the storage of the vcenter virtual machine file on a, download the virtual machine folder directly to the work machine, and then open B to upload the vcenter VM file to the storage of Host B. Then add the manifest--power on--to indicate that the VM has changed location, select copied, and then the virtual machine runs smoothly.
