On the internet, it is said that Linux Java generated random data has bug!

Modify $JAVA _home/jre/lib/security/java.security File

Change Securerandom.source=file:/dev/urandom to Securerandom.source=file:dev/./urandom

Restart the WebLogic and then open the console in response to normal!
