Problem

One time when using the VI and Vim Editor in Redhat with ordinary users, found in the VI and Vim Editor: in the command line mode can normally use the upper and lower keys, but in the non-command line mode can not normally use the upper and lower left and RIGHT arrow keys

1) Add the following to the/ETC/VIM/VIMRC:

Set nocompatible//Support arrow keys

Set backspace=2//support BACKSAPCE Pre-delete button

2) input in the command line mode of VI and VIM: set nocompatible

Since it is currently a normal user, and there is no ~/.VIMRC this file, only each time you enter it on the command line:

Set nocompatible [sweat]
