Installing Ubuntu on a PC, it is not recommended to install a 64-bit operating system on a 32-bit PC, 64-bit PC installs 32-bit operating system

Method/Step

1. 1

   Press ctrl+shift+t shortcut key, open terminal, enter sudo uname--m, press ENTER

   If i686 is displayed, you have installed a 32-bit operating system

   If x86_64 is displayed, you have installed a 64-bit operating system

   If you want more information, try the following command.

   sudo uname--s display kernel name s

   sudo uname--r display kernel version

   sudo uname--n display the network host name

   sudo uname--p display CPU
