View activation information and backup activation files of Windows 7 versions

After Windows 7 was installed, the download instructions show Windows 7 build 7600.16385. But how can we view this version number in win7? After searching online for half a day, I found this method to view the detailed version number of win7. You can use slmgr. vbs to view the detailed win7 version number.

Generally, you can enter "winver" in the running column to view the version. However, only the words 6.1 (build 7600) are displayed, and the detailed version number behind 7600 cannot be viewed.

To view the detailed version number of Windows 7, run another command: slmgr. vbs: Enter slmgr. vbs, you can see the usage of this command and various parameters, I have done a few, as follows:

How to back up activation files for Windows 7

Even if you have a genuine Windows 7 key, if you try to reinstall it, you may also use the key for a certain installation.
It cannot be activated directly. Although you can activate it by phone, it is troublesome. More people are on the Internet when installing the system.
Activate the key. If you are lucky, you can activate it directly. The next time you install the system, you will find that the key fails to be activated, and you will need to find a new key that can be used.

1. Back up the above three files and save the activated CD-Key (Note: appdata is a hidden folder)

5. Restart your computer, do not connect to the network, and enter the activation number (in the running process, type slmgr. vbs-IPK your activation serial number.
