In this P2P era, uploading and sharing are essential, but if you do not know what the software is uploading on your computer, I feel a little uncomfortable (I don't know if it's obsessive). I would like to share a tips: check which files are being uploaded by the software in win7.

1. Open the task manager and select resource monitor.

2. Click disk, expand the disk activity list, adjust the width appropriately, and click Sort by read speed. My thunder is uploading the LOL Client

3. Resource Monitor is very useful.
