Install the CHM reader first:
Open the Ubuntu terminal and execute the following commands
Sudo apt-get install gnochm
You need to download the KB package.
After decompression, KB of extra space will be consumed.
Simply put, the installation is successful with just one command.
At this time, there should be a "CHM reader" () in the "attachment" in the "application". If not, please do as follows:
Desktop-> right-click-> Create starter-> Custom program, get a name, and enter the full path of gnochm. my options are/usr/bin/gnochm, or Click Browse to find the gnochmr in the/usr/bin directory, and click OK.
Use gnochm to associate the CHM File. By default, use gnochm to open the CHM file:
Right-click the CHM File and choose "properties"> "open mode"> "CHM reader". If no, press "add". If no CHM reader is found in the list, click "use custom command" under the list, Click Browse to find gnochmr in the/usr/bin directory, and click OK.
