View the output file of a request in Oracle EBS

Due to some permission restrictions, sometimes even if the role of system administrator can only view a specific request information, however, you cannot view its output file (the "view output" Key is grayed out in the "requests summary" window ).
Select fnd_webfile.get_url (4,2020.779, 'applsyspub/pub', 'fcww ', 10) from dual
The first parameter 4 indicates the output of the request,
The second parameter is request_id.
The fourth parameter is two_task,
The fifth parameter is the number of minutes in which the URL is valid.
Then copy the URL to IE.
