WORKAROUND: First login to view Administrator management platform to see the desktop Discovery Status is available, the desktop is normal, open the virtual machine through vsphere client, log in and find everything is OK, and no error and failure. Infer that the virtual machine is OK, carefully scrutinize the error statement, insufficient resources, suspected that the physical host resource is not enough to support the virtual machine to run, so the virtual machine to another physical host, found that the normal connection can occur.
