First, access to the Thousand Human Genome Database website: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/variation/tools/1000genomes/

As shown in the Database box, enter the SNP that we are interested in, such as rs608139

The following interface appears after the search, and the yellow area is the SNP that we are interested in, and the red box is the frequency and number of different countries and regions that correspond to the SNP.

The Millennium Genome database includes countries and regions as shown in the table below.
