Vim Add Delete multiline comment

1. CTRL + V into visual mode

2. Move the cursor up or down, Select the beginning of multiple lines

3. When you are finished, press the I key in the upper case, and you will be prompted to enter the "Insert" mode below , entering the annotation you want to insert.

4. by pressing the ESC key at the end, you will notice that multiple lines of code have been commented out.

5. Delete the multiline comment method, also ctrl + V into the column selection mode, move to the cursor to select the comment, press D, the comment is deleted.
