Multi-line comments in 1.vim.
(1). Press CTRL + V to enter the column mode;
(2). Start selection at the beginning of the comment line to the end of the specified position. (Use the up and down keys to determine the number of operation rows)
(3). Press "I" to enter insert mode;
(4). Then enter the comment symbol ("//", "#", etc.);
2. Delete multiple lines of comments:
(1). Press CTRL + V to enter the column mode;
(2). Select the comment you want to cancel;
(3). Press "X" or "D";
