Virtual Machine cannot open error: VMware Workstation cannot connect to the virtual machines.

Error message:

VMware Workstation cannot connect to the virtual machine. Make sure you has rights to run the program, Access all directories The program uses, and access all directories for temp orary files.

The VMware Authorization Service is not running.

Workaround:

Open Control Panel--management tools--services, find this VMware Authorization service, right-click to set the startup type to automatic or automatic (delay), then tap the Start button.
Then open the virtual machine software, this is the licensing service, no such service opens the virtual machine software when the relevant permissions are missing or wrong prompt, the virtual machine can not start.
