First, virtual machine installation
1. Use Partition Magic to provide space at least 6G for OS x partitions:
Open Partition Magic
Narrows the partition in front of the extended partition. When selected, click ' Resize/move Partition
Adjust the zoning to 6GB or more, click OK
Click ' Apply ' (you may need to reboot)
Close Partition Magic
2. Click Start > Run ... Enter cmd after the command bar
3. Then enter the Diskpart, and then enter the following command after clicking the carriage:
List disk (show hard drive number)
select disk [Replace here with your hard drive number] (for example, select Disk 0) (available in the list just now)
Create partition primary ID=AF
Now the partition that installs Mac OS X is ready.
The following is a picture demo
Part1: New Virtual machine
Part2: Setting up a virtual machine
FREEBSD.VMX is opened in Notepad in my Documentsmy Virtual Machinesfreebsd (in this directory by default). To add a line of code: PAEVM = "TRUE"
PART3: Start the virtual machine for installation
Start the virtual machine first and then install
The following diagram steps in accordance with the actual configuration of their own machines to select the corresponding Intel or AMD CPU patch package, avoid multiple select and their own machine configuration irrelevant content
After all of the above steps, start the installation, after installation, the system will be prompted 30 seconds after the reboot, then shut down the virtual machine
Then copy the Chain0 file (on the installation CD) to the primary partition root of Windows.
If your Windows primary partition is C, which means Cchain0
Finally, open the Boot.ini in the root directory (the file is a hidden file) and finally add the following line of code: cchain0= "Mac OS X"
PART4: Final Steps
Turn off the virtual machine and use the boot Magic software to set up the boot disk partition
Finally reboot, when you enter the OS X menu, quickly press F8, you can see the menu, missed the words will return to the previous level
BTW: For the virtual machine installation tutorial, there are some areas that you might want to take note of. Refer to the following corrective actions to ensure successful installation
1. The Mac partition was set as a logical partition, and I found that the primary partition was not bootable according to the tutorial.
2. To load ISO with virtual optical drive software, you cannot load it with a VM.
3. Select the appropriate patch according to the CPU manufacturer.
4. Don't choose a generic hardware driver, like a "hardware common" word.
5. N Card users best use the ISO installation of PPF patches.
6. Shut down the virtual machine when the countdown reboot is installed, and do not wait until the countdown is finished.
7. Do not reboot after the VM is turned off, using disk tools first [I recommend partition Manager 7.0, I have tried PQ but PQ error. Set the XP partition as active, and the Mac doesn't care.
8. As mentioned in the tutorial, install Tboot, change the boot menu, and I also recommend adding chain0, because to avoid going into safe mood later.
9. True machine reboot
