Note: This installation is all done on the virtual machine, using the ISO image file installation.
1. After installing VMware Workstation, start the VMware Workstation and create a new virtual machine with the main interface such as.
2. Configuration of VMware Workstation
Once the VMware workstation is installed, it can be used to build multiple virtual machines, each of which will require you to create a configuration file for each new virtual machine. This configuration file is actually the "hardware configuration" of the new computer, and you can determine how the virtual machine's hard disk is configured in the configuration file, how large the memory is, what operating system is ready to run, whether there is a network, etc. The steps to configure a Linux virtual machine are as follows.
(1) Select "Custom" to customize the installation after the new Virtual Machine Wizard appears under the File menu.
(2) Click "Next";
(3) Click "Next";
(4) Select "Linux" in the "Guest operation System" selected in the operating system interface and click on the "Version" drop-down menu to select the specific Linux edition, here we select "Red Hat Linux".
(5) Select the file storage path;
(6) Specify the number of processors;
(7) Select the memory size, here select 1GB;
(8) Select the network connection mode is "bridged networking";

Under DOS enter "FDISK/MBR" under the Prompt "A:\>_", rewrite the main boot sector of the hard drive, after reboot there is no Red Hat 9.0 boot menu, and then format Red Hat 9.0 Where the partition is done!
Virtual Machines under Red Hat 9.0 Uninstall: Delete the virtual machine directly.
