How the system works:
Viscosity Control Electric Fuel Supply Unit Control System uses heavy oil circulation pump to transport heavy oil to mixed oil tank mixed with light oil (back-to-oil), after the light oil circulation pump is delivered to the U-tube heater for heating treatment, the oil viscosity is reduced and filtered by the dual-cylinder filter before being delivered to the host. The viscosity sensor monitors the oil viscosity after processing in real time and sends the viscosity signal to the viscosity regulator. The viscosity regulator compares the current viscosity value with the set value, if there is a deviation, the steam flow of the U-tube heater is adjusted in real time according to a certain viscosity control policy, thus changing the temperature of the U-tube heater, after a series of adjustment processes, the oil viscosity is eventually stabilized within the range set by the system. The viscosity is controlled as an independent unit, and the control of the circulating pump is implemented by a relay control box.
According to the requirements of the manufacturer, we add a touch-type human-machine interface to the control unit to display the control conditions in real time. At the same time, to further simplify the control system and improve the reliability, PLC with better performance is used to replace the existing control box and viscosity regulator. The system structure is further optimized without increasing the cost, and the cost-effectiveness is greatly improved.

In the solution, PLC monitors the working conditions of circulating pump, valve and other equipment, and controls the pump valve according to system settings to realize automatic control of circulation pump operation control and heavy oil and light oil supply switch valve; at the same time, according to the viscosity signal sent by the viscosity sensor, after comparison with the system set value, the steam valve opening PID adjustment, until the viscosity is controlled within the specified range. The Touch-type human-machine interface communicates with the PLC in real time through RS485 BUS, providing operators with intuitive real-time system condition display, alarm and control. The touch interface can be installed locally or remotely in the control room.
This solution Uses PLC to replace the original control box and viscosity controller, which simplifies the peripheral equipment of the system to the maximum extent and improves the reliability of the system. The cost of the industry-leading man-machine interface has not increased (the cost of the existing control box + viscosity controller is 6000 RMB), so the cost-effectiveness has been significantly improved.
