Visio drawing-how to overcome cross deformation of two arrows and automatic re-painting of arrows?

Two annoying problems are often encountered in Visio painting. One is automatic deformation when the two arrows are at the intersection, and the other is that when the text is near the arrow when the text is added to the flowchart, automatic arrows rearranging:

Solution:

1. Select the arrow, right-click the format-behavior-connection line, and select "never" for "add" under "cross-line ".

2. Right-click the arrow, select "format"> "behavior"> "connection line", and select "never" for "reschedule ".
