Visio2007 Template Description Tutorial

Open Office Visio 2007.

When Visio opens, some windows are displayed. For now, you need to use a window titled "Template categories."

Tip If you already have Visio2007 open, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Getting Started Tutorial.

In the list of categories in the Template Categories window, click the Business category.

All templates in the business category are displayed in the middle window.

Click the organization chart thumbnail.

A larger image of the template is displayed on the right. Below the template's image, there is a short description that describes the role of this template, as shown in the following example.
