RIS Q 2: Where is your area of expertise? What was the idea of building a website? How many core members are there to help you manage? And what's the reason for you to keep doing it now?

Blue Answer 2: My major is advertising design, contact network, expertise or web design and construction. Also did some time of Flash interactive development. At present, the operation management has been done, very few designs.

RIS Q 3: What are the greatest difficulties and frustrations that have been encountered in the process of managing a community? How do you rule out? What is the most fulfilling thing for you? And how much time do you spend on managing your site on an average day?
