In debug mode, C:\Users\liudy. Smnpc\appdata\roaming\microsoft\visualstudio\11.0\activitylog.xml can find testwindowpackage.initialize failed with Exception and other anomalies. Ask Niang, basic do not know, ask Google, finally found the solution (but do not know why).
