Vista task manager is not needed

Compared with Windows XP, Windows Vista Task Manager has made great progress in its functions. It is more suitable for users to understand processes, control processes, and then ensure secure and stable system operation. However, although progress has been made, the job manager of Windows Vista still has a "very bad" place.

When you right-click a process name in task manager, a "create dump file" option (1) appears in the pop-up menu ).

Why is this function a chicken fault? If you want to know the reason, follow the menu and system prompts to continue the operation to the end. Finally, you can see it clearly.

After you click "create dump file", the system prompts "Dump process" that is "writing process" (2), and finally prompts "creation successful" (3 ).

As you can see, the system has created the "Explorer. dmp" file to E:/Vista/appdata
/Local/Temp folder. So why is the file "Explorer. dmp" used?

DMP file, we can simply understand the "error report file", which currently has no tools or software to open (please note that this statement is not rigorous ). Microsoft integrated this feature in the Job Manager of Windows Vista to enable users to "package" suspicious processes and send them to Microsoft by email for Process Analysis.

Microsoft has a good idea, but who wants to package a suspicious process and then log on to the mailbox and send it to Microsoft? Even if it is sent, can Microsoft give feedback to a single common user in a timely manner? At that time, it would be better to use anti-virus software to scan for anti-virus!
