Vista sidebar weather fault solution

The reason why \ "Weather \" gadgets cannot be used in the Chinese version of Vista has been confirmed not because of the system language, but because of regional settings.

1. Choose Control Panel> clock, language, and region> region and language options.

Set "current format" to "English (USA )"

Go to \ "location \" and set \ "current location \" to \ "USA \"

Go to \ "Management \", click \ "Change System region Settings \", and set it to \ "English (USA )\"

After restarting the computer, the weather tool can be used.

2. Click the setting button in the upper-right corner of the weather tool and enter the name of the city you want to search for in the \ "current location \" text box in English or Chinese pinyin, for example, you can enter \ "beijing \" or \ "peking \" in beijing, enter \ "wulumuqi \" or \ "urumqi \" in urumqi, and press enter to find the desired city.

3. Note: After setting the region to the United States, the system's numbers, currencies, times, and dates are displayed in English, and non-Unicode programs (QQ, etc.) cannot display Chinese characters.

You can click \ "customize this format \" in the region and language options to reset the number, currency, time, and date based on Chinese habits.
