Software Licensing Services: This service provides the required APIs for licensing (Licensing) technology in Windows. The default operation of the service is automatic, but if you do not use software that requires this technology, disable it.

SSDP Discovery Service: Searches the network for network devices using the SSDP Discovery Protocol (Discovery protocol), such as UPnP devices, which also announce SSDP devices and services that are running on the local computer. If the service is stopped, SSDP based devices will not be discovered. If the service is disabled, any other services that depend on the service will not start. The default operation of the service is manual and can be disabled if you do not use any UPnP devices.

System Event Notification: Tracks systems events and notifies COM + Event System "subscribers" of these events.
