Run the cmd command:Vs_performanise0000914632938.1491737491.exe -- all -- layout "C: \ VS2017" -- lang en-US zh-CN

The command is to use vs_performanise0000914632938.1491737491.exe to install the program online. Use the -- layout parameter to create an offline package to the C: \ VS2017 directory. -- all parameter to download all the component packages. -- lang parameter to download Simplified Chinese and, if you do not need an English Language Pack, remove en-US.
