Typical installation of an Exchange Server 2010 server

Demand analysis

BDQN The company has deployed a Windows Server 2008 AD domain with a domain name of "benet.local". Enterprises need to establish a mail system in-house, to meet the internal staff of the Enterprise Mail communication. And you need to configure the mail client, to meet the intra-enterprise mail between employees.

BDQN The company needs to create a mailbox for the company's employee Tim and limit its mailbox size to 40MB, and the size of the mailbox is 15MB. The size of the mailbox created for the manager is 100MB, and the size of the message is 50MB.

Also, because the company is frequently contacted by mail with three customers (Alice, Bill, Tony), the administrator is required to create a contact for them.

Plan distribution groups by department to make it easier for users to find the recipients they want to contact when they send a message. Because the sales team is moving too often, the manager wants the administrator to create an account for each good one sales employee, which can be automatically added to the sales group to ensure that the manager's mail is sent to each employee's mailbox.
