Solution 1: Failed

Check and confirm that the following components are correctly installed:

Linuxvmos is correctly installed;

Set IP information correctly;

Install vmwaretools correctly;

The virtual machine hardware version is 9;

When the VM is restarted, The libguestinfo. So module will be prompted during the startup process, but the VM will still start normally, but it will be hung for 1 or 20 minutes;

After troubleshooting, we found that libtimesync is removed. the so library can solve this problem, but the problem is that the problem caused by blocking this module is that time synchronization may fail. Therefore, we have to fundamentally solve this problem;

Solution

Rename libtimesync. so file, back up it (develop good work habits), it is located in/usr/lib/vmware-tools/plugins32/vmsvc/libtimesync. so or/usr/lib/vmwrae-tools/plugins64/vmsvc/libtimesync. so;

As mentioned above, if this module is blocked, it will lead to time synchronization problems, why should it be blocked?

OK. After the time synchronization module provided by vmwaretools is blocked, you can use the built-in time synchronization function of Linux to execute system time synchronization;

Conclusion 1:

Users who cannot access the terminal can use the multi-user Console mode. CTRL + ALT + F3 but the annoying printing is as follows:

Vmsvc [xxxx]: [Warning] [guestinfo] recordroutinginfo: unabletocollectipv4routingtable

: No file libtimesync. So

Solution 2:

Analysis of vro startup on Virtual Machine Linux

Based on your problems and network documents.

Problem: stop on the progress bar when starting. Enter the console (CTRL + ALT + T) with the following prompt:

Vmsvc [Warning] [guestinfo] recordroutinginfo: unable to collect IPv4 routing table

If the network is detached, the system can access the network.

I. Cause)

This problem occurs when the IP address uses the installation package delay during startup. This problem occurs when the/proc/NET/route file cannot be explained. Startup time problems

When a virtual machine is affected this issue occurs every time it boots, but it does not happen on every Linux virtual machine.
