VMware install Ubuntu "Intel vt-x is disabled" __ Virtual machine

I just installed Ubuntu 12 with virtual machine VMware 11, and there was an error "This host supports Intel Vt-x, but Intel Vt-x is disabled", as shown in the following figure.
