To reinstall the virtual machine Win7 system, want to use U disk reload system, you need to let the virtual machine boot from the U disk, the following content is the virtual machine from the U disk to start the full operation of the process.
Pre-Preparation:

Specific steps to operate:
1. Insert the U disk boot disk into the USB port on the computer.
2. Open the VMware Virtual machine and locate the Virtual Machine tab to reload the Win7 system.
3. Select "Edit virtual machine settings" as shown in Figure 1:

4. In the virtual machine Setup interface that appears, select Add, as shown in Figure 2:

5. In the presence of the Add Hardware wizard interface, select "Hard Disk", click "Next", as shown in Figure 3:

6. In selecting the disk type interface, select "Recommended scsi (S)" and click "Next", as shown in Figure 4:

7. In the Select disk interface, select "Use Physical disk (for advanced users)" (P), and click Next, as shown in Figure 5:

8. Select the Physical Disk interface, select the bottom of the Drop-down box in the device, and then select "Use entire disk (E)" By default, and click "Next" as shown in Figure 6: http://www.windows7en.com/sdjswin7/

9. In the specified disk file, the default can be, and then click "Finish", as shown in Figure 7:

10. Return to the interface shown in Figure 2 and click OK.
11. Open this virtual machine, as shown in Figure 8 interface, quickly press F2, into the virtual machine BIOS.
(PS: This interface is very short stay, if you feel too late to operate, you can try to set the extended VMware Virtual machine startup option time)

12. Enter the BIOS setup interface, select "Boot" with the ←→ on the keyboard, ↑↓ select "Hard Drive" and press ENTER to use the "+" on the keyboard for the VMware Virtual SCSI Hard (0:1) set in step 8. The key moves to the top, as shown in Figure 9:

13. Press F10 to save the current option and select "Yes" to press the ENTER key. As shown in Figure 10:

14. The computer will then reboot and enter the interface shown in Figure 11:
