VMware Workstation Pro Virtual machine installation CentOS-7

First, download CentOS-7 image

　　I downloaded it through Ali Open source image station,

Download url:https://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos/7/isos/x86_64/

　　

Download Centos-7-x86 64-dvd-1804.iso

Second, create a new virtual machine

　　Open a virtual machine, create a new virtual machine

　　

Next

　　

Choose to install the operating system later, next

　　

Select Linux guest operating system, version CentOS 64-bit, next

　　

Write the virtual machine name, and the location where the virtual machine is saved, next

　　

Disk size, choose to split the virtual disk into multiple files, next

　　

Complete.

Third, edit the virtual machine settings

　　Last action we just created the virtual machine, and we haven't set up some of the configuration for the virtual machine, so let's start setting up:

To open the edit virtual machine settings:

　　　

As follows:

Set network adapter, network connection mode to: Bridging mode

　　

Set the system image file, click the CD/DVD (IDE), use the ISO image file, use the image file that we just downloaded from the Ari image station

　　

　　

Open, then OK, turn on the virtual machine and start installing the system.

Iv. start the installation of the system

Set Language, Chinese

　　

Click on the installation location with an exclamation point (if no exclamation mark is used), click to go to the installation location

　　

Click Finish

　　

Click to start the installation

　　

Click the root password to set the password (root)

　　

After setting the password, click Finish

　　

Wait for the installation process ...

　　

After installation, restart the system.
