Folder sharing [Windows ]:

1) virtual machines use bridging network connections (optional)
2) the host and the host are in the same home network (same home group) and share documents and other information.
3) The host sets the folder to be shared as shared (readable/read/write)
4) when the VM is disabled, set the VM settings-Option-shared folder to always enable and add the host path where the shared folder is located.
5) after the VM is started, you can use the shared folder in the folder under the network-Host Name of the VM.

2) If it is null, on the terminal, type sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools or open-vm-tools-dkms, open-vm-tools-desktop, open-vm-tools-dbg, and open -vm-tools-dev (for previous versions, type sudo apt-get install open-vm-dkms) install the package
3) shared folder mounting: sudo vmhgfs-fuse. host: // mnt/hgfs (for previous versions, type sudo mount-t vmhgfs. host: // mnt/hgfs)
