The whole music and sound effects production process of an online game involves many steps and lasts for a long time. As many online games adopt outsourcing production methods, therefore, it also involves operations such as coordination and cooperation between game R & D companies and music production institutions. 1. Planning of music and sound effects

2. Start production

3. Feedback
(1) Music Production instructions
When a game R & D company tries to listen to a piece of work, it is recommended that the relevant music production organization provide a "Production Description" corresponding to the work if necessary ", from the three aspects of the overall style, paragraph structure, and musical instrument performance, we will introduce the creative ideas during the creation of this work to better reflect the meaning of "tailored, at the same time, it is also easy for gaming companies to grasp where deviations occur during production.

Of course, production instructions are not necessary. They are only a way for R & D companies to grasp the creative ideas of music production units.

(2). Collect feedback
After receiving the work, the game development company asked the entire development team to evaluate the work. 4. Acceptance of Modification

After the music is modified and approved by the game R & D Company, a written acceptance report is generally provided, it includes the music name, file name, music length, production time, production instructions, and so on, so that the R & D Company can manage the completed music tracks, it is also convenient for music production organizations to control the production progress and completion. After the completion of the acceptance, according to the requirements of the Game Development Company, finally submit documents in multiple formats, including WAV and MP3.

5. Sound Effects
  
Sound effects can be started later than music. Generally, the sound engineer of the Music Production Unit follows up and is fully responsible for the production of all the sound effects of the game. Therefore, when making sound effects, relevant sound effects engineers will directly contact the game development company in charge of sound effect arrangement planning and cooperate with the entire game sound effects production process. Follow the following steps: (4)

(1). The game planner submits the "sound demand table" to the music production unit, which is organized by the sound engineer.
(2). submit each part of the audio effect.
(3) The game plans to add the sound effects to the game for testing, and report the comments to the sound engineer in writing.
(4) The sound engineer should modify the information under the guidance of feedback to achieve satisfactory results.

Due to the large volume of sound effects, the production process is very complicated and there are many changes and adjustments back and forth. Therefore, the sound production cycle should not be too long. Therefore, you should select a concentrated time period for production.
