VS, debugging an ASP. NET project with local IIS

In some cases it is necessary to use local IIS as a debug server, such as a Web site that supports multi-domain names, where it is recorded.

1. Modify the native Hosts file.

Path: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

The format is as follows:

After saving, entering www.hehe.com in the browser will access the Web site in local IIS.

2. Add a Web site to the local IIS directory, point to the project you want to debug, and bind the host name to the Web site: www.hehe.com.

3. Set the debug server for the Web project and specify Url:http://www.hehe.com as shown in:

You can now debug your project with the domain name www.hehe.com.
