vs Low version Open high version regular error:

The build tools for v140 (Platform toolset = ' v140 ') cannot is found. To build using the v140 build tools, please install v140 build tools. Alternatively, upgrade to the current Visual Studio tools by selecting the Project menu or right-click the Solutio n, and then selecting "Upgrade solution ...".

Workaround:

Project--Properties--Configuration Properties--general, find platform toolset, change v140 to V120 (Visual Studio (v120))
