Problem description:
Vs. net prompts "An error occurred while trying to run the project: Debugging cannot be started. Invalid binding handle "SOLUTION

Solution:
Do not rush to reinstall. Select "debug"> "start execution (not Debug)" in the menu bar )"
Try it. If it succeeds, you do not need to reinstall it.

Two solutions:
1) Open the project properties, select the debug tab, and enable "unmanaged"CodeDebugging.
2) Open the project properties, select the debugging tab, and deselect "enable Visual Studio host process.
The reason is that terminal services is disabled. You can solve the problem by starting the service.
