1 Delete recently opened files

After you run regedit, open the hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\visualstudio\9.0\filemrulist and delete the corresponding key value on the right.

2 Delete recently opened items

Operation Ditto, just the key value position is different hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\visualstudio\9.0\projectmrulist

3 Save the following code in a file with an extension of bat, and then double-click to open it to clear it. (The purge is clear for all)
