VS2010 setup software, the interface garbled problem

AppLocale in the Simplified Chinese system, some of the Simplified Chinese MSI form of the installer will be garbled (such as: OFFICE2000 Simplified Chinese version of the installation program).

Workaround:

Method One: Uninstall AppLocale can be solved;

Method Two: Delete a temporary file in the AppLocale installation directory: \windows\apppatch\apploc.tmp (this file only 4 bytes) can be resolved without uninstalling AppLocale;

Method Three: AppLocale just installed, there is no apploc.tmp this file. In the AppLocale installation directory, get a 0-byte apploc.tmp file, and set it as a read-only property, will not cause garbled! And after my trial, it will not affect the use of AppLocale! This can be once and for all to avoid garbled appearance, recommend this method!
