VS2012 partial feature Installation failed---oprating system event log file Full alert

This error may be caused by the VS2010 component not being uninstalled cleanly,

My approach is to:

Uninstall the vs2012 first

Then uninstall the following components:

Microsoft Visual C + + x64 Redistributable

Microsoft Visual C + + x86 redistributable

Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime (x64)

Microsoft Visual Studio all Tools for Office Runtime (x64) Language Pack-Simplified Chinese

Note: My computer is a win8.1 64bit system

Then re-install it
