VS2013 Code Editor Input Chinese into garbled question mark??? The problem

Today open VS2013 write code, in writing Chinese comments when suddenly found that the input of Chinese has become garbled question mark???, Baidu has to find a few possible settings about the place.

1. Automatic detection of non-signed UTF-8 encoding with the text editor, tools------Select and restart.

2. Vs new files are GBK encoded and can be tried to save as UTF-8 encoding.

File, advanced save options, encoding selected as Unicode (UTF-8 with signature)

is also a method related to other system language settings.

But I experimented with it all and found it useless,

Delete all the input method including the American keyboard, leaving only the commonly used input method, my is Sogou, fix.
