A Problem description

1. Open vs2013, select "File | new | project" and the following dialog box appears.

2. Click "Web" on the left, select "ASP. NET Web Application" and click OK

3. Press the red section above to select OK, then click "OK", the result pops up the following prompt

2. Select "Online | Visual Studio
