VS2015 Compile error: The target of the call has an exception---> This implementation is not part of the cryptographic algorithm that Windows platform FLPs validates.

The console, WPF, and other items all have this error! But Web projects can be compiled and run! At first thought VS2015 installation error, repair installation vs reboot system still not.

Solution 1:

Open registry: Computer \heky_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy, edit enable with a value of 0.

Scenario 2:

1. Press WIN+R (or click Start-run) and enter gpedit.msc OK to start the Group Policy Editor.

2. In the list on the left, locate the Computer Configuration-Windows Settings-security settings-Local Policies-security option and locate and disable System cryptography: Using FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing on the right

After you have determined to close the registry, restart VS2015, and open the console project to compile the pass.
