Toss a long time finally configuration OK, share to everyone!

The first step:

Http://xamarin.com/download Download Xamarininstaller

Step Two:

Run Xamarininstaller, display the interface.

　　　　

Step Three:

Download the associated files, specific downloads

　jdk-7u71-windows-i586,

Android-ndk-r8d-windows,

gtk-sharp-2.12.25,

Installer_r22-windows,

xamarin.visualstudio_3.9.289,

Xamarinstudio-5.7.1.17-0,

Click Install after download OK.

　　　　

Fourth Step:

Configuration in VS, tools---option->xamarin, the Android SDK location,android NDK location specified path

　　　　

Where the SDK file is larger, using the SDK Manager download will be slow, and may not be downloaded.

Once you've configured all of them, create a new project and you're ready to start your Android journey.
