vs2015 Deploying WIN10M program to Phone "0X80073CFD" error solution

A Windows Universal program was created in Vs2015 RC, and the following exception occurred when deploying to the phone that prevented the program from being deployed:

Error: dep0001:unexpected error:a Prerequisite for a install could not be satisfied. (Exception from HRESULT:0X80073CFD)

Solution:

In Package.appxmanifest, change the targetdevicefamily:

<targetdevicefamily name= "Windows.universal" minversion= "10.0.1.0" maxversiontested= "10.0.1.0 "/>

Maxversiontested values can be adjusted to a higher version than your current version, MinVersion set 10.0.1.0, and then deploy.
