Set up the forward and reverse records of the ESX host on DNS first, and modify the host file if you do not want to set it

Then enter the VC host Administrator account into the VC console

First create a new datacenter and rename it to VMware or any other name.

Then add the host, the ESX host to add to the VC console to use VC management ESX Host

Enter the ESX host name and root password to add, if host is not set and DNS is not set up here it's easy to get stuck. Failure to resolve

Then click Yes to
