Today, just to test a PHP project, and then installed a WAMP to be integrated environment. But the Apache service never started.
It's starting to suspect that port 80 is occupied.
Use the Apache service's test port 80 to display the your port is not actually used. Use Netstat-an to find in cmd, not one software occupies 80 port. For insurance, modify the httpd.conf file, modify its port to 8080, reboot, and the result is bright orange.
So I suspect it's a NetBIOS resolution problem.
Open the Network Share center, click on the local Connection-> Properties->internet protocol version-> Properties-> Advanced->wins, check out the Enable Lmhost lookup. Restart service, still orange. Baffled, Google a bit, found that there may be a Chinese path problem. Looked up, just satisfied. I tried to change the path to English and succeeded. Finally some laugh and cry, it seems that the path named or pure letter is better
