Wampserver can't start the Apache cause.

First, use the command Netstat-ano to view the port occupancy:

Second, in the Task Manager, look for the pid=12936 process. It is found that the Thunder occupies 80 ports, in the Thunderbolt set to change 80 to other, such as 8088. Again Apache boot OK.
