Cause: The linker discarded all packaged functions that referenced exports in dynamic-link library. As a result, dynamic-link library and its import library are unneeded.
This warning indicates that the link contains user32.lib, which means you call user32.dll! But you areEngineeringDoes not use an export funtion of user32.dll!

 
Solution 1: Add "/OPT: NOREF" to the Project --> Setting-> Link option ".
   
Solution 2: use "# pragma warning (disable: 4089)" to block this warning.
